Woke up at 7.30am to partially wake Emma up for morning jog. Was quite late. Ran 800m warm up then we take timing. My timing like shit la. So horrible. Anyway, I already prepare to pay that $10 for my individual 50m freestyle on the 8/3/08 at Sports School.

Excused for Monitor Investiture tomorrow. Gonna train hard for NAG. Hope we can be excused on Friday 7/3/08 in the morning so that we can have our last training. Training tomorrow. Not going to miss it! (:
